Currently at UMass Chan, I am focusing on 1) NDA, as the originator of the CREID (Complementary Randomized controlled trial and real-world study for Efficacy, effectiveness, or Implementation Design. SCT 2022 & APHA 2022) and the SCTD (Seamless Case-Control, Cohort, and Randomized Controlled Trials Design. SCT 2023), 2) MIH, as the Founding Director of the Measurement, Outcome & Design Section (MODS); 3) Oral Health, as the originator and organizer of the OHI (Oral Health Incubator, 2021-) and the NUCOH (NYU-UMass Collaboration on Oral Health, 2022-); and 4) PhD level Statistical and Psychometric Collaboration on papers and (NIH) grants. As a Methodologist with Medical background, I am enthusiastic to develop better designs, methods, and outcome measures. Beside originating the CREID in 2022 and the SCTD in 2023, I have developed or refined multiple popular outcome measures and scales since 2006. As an Educator, I have been teaching Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Survey, Scientific Writing, and Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (SRMA) to medical, dental, and graduate students and professionals in China and the U.S. since 1998.
